6 oz
I am drinking 6 oz of milk now. Obachan and Miss Beth took me to Krogers to get some groceries. We put the bags into the bottom part of the stroller. Perfect! Later Grandpap arrived from Texas.

Mallets Creek Library
Today Miss Beth and I walked to the Mallets Creek Library and looked at art. I especially liked a large, colorful painting of a laughing child. We also stood for quite a while watching the fish. It was a colder spring day so I wore my Peruvian hat outdoors. Mommy and Daddy are so happy because today marks the first day when we get to have Miss Beth for 29 hours a week. Yay!

Tea Party
This is my second outing with Miss Beth's sister and nieces. This time we were at their home in Milan, Michigan. We played in the backyard, had a tea party hosted by Morgan and Emma, and took walks in the neighborhood. Miss Beth said to Mommy "Kaylie and baby Gabriel enjoyed just looking at one another".

Purple Violet
Today Obachan, Miss Beth and I walked to the park. I saw many flowering trees up close and smelled my first purple violet. I really enjoyed the experience.
Also, I tried to grab a Japanese cookie from Miss Beth's hands. I looked and looked and then out of nowhere I darted my hand forward quickly like a fish. Then I wiggled and jumped from all the built-up excitement. Unfortunately, I did not get my prize.

Salad Treatment
Mommy did a salad treatment on me which is to put olive oil on my head for 15 minutes and then wash with a 50:50 mixture of dandruff and baby shampoo. I have cradle cap but it is getting better. Later Miss Beth and I walked in the rain for the first time. I enjoyed looking up at her umbrella which was a colorful image of a field of red poppies painted by Renoir or Monet.

Lilly Park
Today Miss Beth and I went to Lilly park in Ann Arbor to meet with her husband, brother, sister, two nieces and little nephew. We walked on the path around Turtle pond. Morgan and Emma especially loved to play with me and I loved them all. We walked with the stroller a little and then in the Baby Bjorn. This was the first really warm day of spring.
