Pumpkin Patch #1

Today Dada drove us around Mission Peninsula to explore pumpkin patches and taste wine (well not so much wine for me but for Mommy). Pumpkin Patch #1 was arranged in the circular pattern with lots of room to run. It was cold and windy, but loads of fun!

Dixie

Dixie is Grandma and Grandpa's dog. She and Kaylie are not quite sure about one another; they are still trying to figure each other out. There is a lot of random, unpredictable patterns of movement for both toddler and puppy. One thing for sure, though, is that they both enjoy walks outside!

Men's Club Breakfast

Grandpa left early this morning to cut up lots and lots of green peppers for the western style scramble eggs. He works the Men's Club Breakfast almost every month where he prepares the peppers and then later cleans the tables. We met with him that morning to have some of the delicious apple sauce, bread pudding, pancakes, french toast, bacon, sausage, and of course the spectacular western style scramble eggs!

Drew and Kaylie

Drew is Grandma and Grandpa's neighbor. He has a great outdoor play set, in fact he has two play sets complete with rock climbing wall. We had the best time playing together this afternoon.

Little Helper?

Today starts a week long vacation "up north". We get to first visit with Grandma and Grandpa Peters until Sunday and then move on to Traverse City. And as always, I like to be a big help in the kitchen...

Perfect Park Day

Autumn in Ann Arbor is wonderful. The colors on the trees are just starting to turn and the weather is cool, perfect for fires in the fireplace and baking cookies. I'm enjoying all the sunshine and warmth I can before the winter blows in.
